ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Jen Ortiz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Well qualified candidates will have a positive outgoing attitude and are very coachable. We can train in all of our processes and help you get licensed and have a very personally and professionally rewarding career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
